Anchorage Correctional Complex

Anvil Mountain Correctional Center Located in Nome; holds male and female sentenced and unsentenced prisoners from Nome, Kotzebue and environs.

Fairbanks Correctional Center Holds male and female pretrial and sentenced prisoners.

Goose Creek Correctional Center Located in Wasilla. Intended to provide 1,536 beds for medium security male prisoners.

Hiland Mountain Correctional Center Located in Eagle River. Has capacity for approximately 400 female prisoners.

Ketchikan Correctional Center

Lemon Creek Correctional Center Located in Juneau. Has capacity for 222 prisoners. Approximately 80 percent are sentenced male felons; 20 percent are male and female intake prisoners.

Palmer Correctional Center

Point Mackenzie Correctional Farm Minimum security, minimum custody facility for male felons and misdemeanants.

Spring Creek Correctional Center Located in Seward. Houses approximately 500 male inmates, most serving long-term sentences.

Wildwood Correctional Complex Located three miles north of Kenai. Comprises Wildwood Correctional Center, Wildwood Pretrial Facility and Wildwood Transitional Program. Houses approximately 470 prisoners.

Yukon Kuskokwim Correctional Center Located in Bethel. Houses up to 207 male and female intake and pretrial inmates. Approximately 75 to 85 percent of inmates are in pretrial status.
